About Us

The Mission

Simply put, Home Hitch wants to help homeowners gain financial freedom by accessing the equity in their homes, without having to deal with the frustrating hurdles and strict roadblocks of banks and lenders. Through our straightforward Sell and Stay plan, Home Hitch helps you access your funds by buying your home and renting it to you, with the option to buy it back. It’s really that easy! No packing and no moving required. The best part? You’re building equity in your home!

Why we do it?

Up to 25% of Americans are unable to access their home equity because of the industry’s rigid credit and income rules. Our goal is to create a flexible home equity partnership with homeowners, so they have access to the cash they need, when they need it.

Once you’ve filled out our contact form, a team member of Home Hitch will reach out to you to discuss the best options to fit your specific requests. Every homeowner is unique.

We agree on an amount to buy your home, a monthly payment amount, a repurchase price and terms. Your monthly payments are building your equity in the home!

The final contracts are signed, then the funds are immediately available. You can use your funds for any purpose.

While you are living in the home, you can buy back the home for the agreed on repurchase price OR you can move at any time.
